Cancellation/Refund Policy

All accounts with Hosting Economico are established on a prepaid basis. Customers may cancel their hosting accounts at any time; however, a full refund will only be issued if the cancellation request is submitted within 30 days of the initial account purchase, in line with our Money Back Guarantee Policy.

Cancellation Procedure

To request cancellation of an account, the customer must contact our Sales Department via email or submit a support ticket. The customer must also provide any required authentication details for security purposes. Please note that any other form of cancellation request will not be considered valid. Additionally, any promotional incentives provided upon sign-up (such as free bonuses) will be forfeited upon cancellation.

Non-Refundable Services

Services such as domain name registrations, transfers, service upgrades, and hosting plan renewals are considered non-refundable. Once activated, these services cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, the customer may transfer their domain name to another provider at their discretion.

Late cancellation requests, or accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (where the customer fails to resolve the issue), will not be eligible for the 30-day money back guarantee.

Refund Processing

Refund requests for payments made via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discovery will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the refund request. The credited amount will be returned to the customer’s card, subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer. Any applicable transaction fees may apply.

Money Back Guarantee Policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our hosting services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may submit a refund request through your hosting control panel or via a support ticket. A full refund will be granted for the hosting plan within 30 days of account activation. Please note that domain registrations and transfers are excluded from this refund policy.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are classified as non-refundable: service upgrades, wallet refills, and hosting plan renewals, as well as domain registrations or transfers. Any domain registration or transfer fees are final and are not subject to the money-back guarantee. The customer will be responsible for any associated fees based on the regular annual cost of the domain’s TLD.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are not recognized as a legitimate method of obtaining a refund. Any customer initiating a chargeback on a payment will be subject to a full investigation. By signing up for our hosting services, customers agree to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). These agreements will be used as evidence in cases where a chargeback is submitted in contradiction to the terms the customer initially accepted.

In the event of a chargeback, the customer’s account will be suspended until the issue is resolved. If the chargeback was made in error, a reverse payment will be processed, and the account will be reinstated. However, if the chargeback is deemed groundless, we reserve the right to pursue a dispute through our payment processors, relying on our Terms of Service and AUP as proof of the customer’s agreement.

If the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent and cannot be reversed, the hosting account will remain permanently suspended, and no further action will be taken.
